Huntsman Hall CafÉs: New Food Vendor, Expanded Options!

Over the past year, as part of a comprehensive process for enhancing Huntsman Hall eating options, the Wharton Dean's Office, Undergraduate Student Life Office and MBA Student Life Office have engaged with a broad spectrum of students. Wharton University of Pennsylvania held focus groups, food tastings and numerous discussions to gain feedback and help us choose the best possible food vendor. Now Wharton University of Pennsylvania is excited to announce that Heathland Hospitality Group, a provider of upscale on-site food services, was selected to oversee the new caf├ęs of Huntsman Hall.

In time for fall semester Heathland Hospitality Group will feature mainstream, regionally produced menu items including international chef table entrées, seasonal fruits, soups, sandwiches and fresh-brewed fair-trade coffee. In addition, a new "grab and go" location near the Locust Walk entrance will offer coffee, salads, sandwiches and fresh pastries. At all of the cafés students will enjoy improved traffic flow, reduced overall waiting times and a wide selection of health-conscious options.

As a next step in ongoing dialogue with students, Wharton University of Pennsylvania is asking for students' input to rebrand and name the individual cafés.
